Goodbye!

After the passing of The Crawdaddies' founding member, Kraig Greff, we've made the decision to disband The Crawdaddies.

Kraig Greff and Jay Corey brought me [Chris] into the band in its early stages (sometime around 1997, I think). Many musicians came and went over the 25 year run but Kraig and I (along with his wife Jacquie doing a lot of work behind the scenes) remained as a constant and, as a team, we developed and managed the band through many changes.

But Kraig and I always said that if one of us ever left the band we would not continue with a new version of The Crawdaddies. It would be too far from the "Crawdaddies" sound without either of us in the band. So now, with Kraig gone, I will honor that.

Thanks so much to all the musicians and techs who have worked with us, venues who have booked us, and all the wonderful folks who listened to our music and came out to shows all these years... We wouldn't have had such a great run without your support!

It's been a fun ride and Kraig- You are greatly missed RIP.
